Currently, a sign-up is not required. Our classes operate on a drop-in basis. Simply arrive 5–10 minutes before the class begins to settle in and find your spot on the mat.

The length of the class depends on the style. Generally, the duration doesn’t reflect the quality. Our Ashtanga, Breathwork, and SurfFit classes are 60 minutes, while Vinyasa, Hatha, Slow Flow, and Rise & Flow classes typically last 75 minutes.

A single drop in class is 3000 LKR. We also offer week passes for 12000 LKR and month passes for 30000 LKR; both passes include unlimited yoga practice within 7 or 28 days.

You pay in cash directly with the teacher, before or after the class. For card payments, you have to go downstairs to the restaurant to pay.

We accept credit card payment (3% extra) and cash payments in LKR.

Great! The class pass is an amazing way to establish and deepen your regular practice. You don’t have to decide beforehand. Instead, join one of our classes and decide on a pass after the practice.

An open-mind is encouraged for yoga! In terms of tangible items, we provide all the necessary equipment, including mats, bolsters, and blocks. Just bring some water and a small towel in case you get sweaty. Please remember to leave your shoes outside the shala.

Yes, we have a public shower next to the pool that you can use. There are also public bathrooms available for changing into your swimwear. The pool is free to use 30 minutes before and after class. Please shower before entering the pool. Thank you.

Absolutely! Our yoga studio welcomes all levels. If you’re new to yoga, we recommend starting with our Slow Flow, Hatha, and Yin classes, which are more accessible for beginners.

Class sizes can vary daily. In the peak season, class sizes depend on the overall number of tourists in the Bay, surfing conditions, and other factors, typically ranging from 5 to 15 participants. During the slow season (November to March/April), expect smaller classes with 2 to 6 people.

If you have an injury, we recommend reaching out to us in advance so that we can assist you in selecting the appropriate class for your needs. Additionally, you always have the option to book a personalized private class with one of our experienced teachers.

We highly recommend arriving to class at least 5 minutes in advance of scheduled class times to allow ample time for check in and set up before class begins. All our yoga classes begin promptly at their scheduled time. Due to the size of our studio, we cannot guarantee late entry to class. If you running late, the teacher may indicate that you cannot enter the space. It is about respect for the teacher, and for felllow students who will be interrupted in their practice by a late arrival. Thanks for your understanding.

You are invited to arrive up to 30 minutes earlier to our space. Grab a coffee, and have a complimentary dip in the pool (up to 30 minutes before arrival). Doors to the shala open 15 minutes before the start of each class.

Absolutely! We sell the mats downstairs at the restaurant. They are made in Sri Lanka, and we’re big fans of them.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid baggy clothes that can make it hard for the teacher to check your alignment in the poses. Please refrain from wearing perfume or strongly scented fragrances. Instead, we recommend to use deodorant.

Hydrate well before and after class. If you eat beforehand, we recommend eating lightly and allowing yourself 2 hours to digest. However, your well-being comes first—if you need a bite before yoga, grab a healthy smoothie from our restaurant on your way to the shala.
