About Kat

Kat is Stay Golden’s resident yoga teacher and has been guiding students from around the world through practices that combine mindful movement, breath awareness and functional strength. She is also a Pilates instructor, massage therapist and Reiki master.

Her classes are welcoming, accessible and thoughtfully designed to meet students where they are. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or have an established practice, Kat creates a supportive space that encourages both challenge and ease.

Drawing inspiration from Vinyasa, functional movement and mindful alignment, her teaching focuses on helping students build a stronger connection to their bodies while finding more balance both on and off the mat.

Guests often leave her classes feeling energised, grounded and more connected to themselves.
