Join Reiki Master Kat from 0neYoga for an internationally recognised Holy Fire® III Reiki Level 1 training at Stay Golden in Arugam Bay.
Designed for complete beginners, Level 1 is your introduction to Reiki and the foundation of your practice. You’ll explore Reiki through learning and practical experience, with time to practise and ask questions throughout the training.
No previous Reiki experience is needed.
Taking place in the calm surroundings of Stay Golden, the training gives you space to learn, practise and let the experience settle – with the ocean, yoga and the slower rhythm of Arugam Bay around you.
Is Reiki Level 1 for me?
Reiki Level 1 is the starting point for your Reiki training and is open to complete beginners.
You may feel drawn to the training if you’re curious about Reiki, want to explore Reiki for your own practice or would like to learn how to work with Reiki with others.
You don’t need to be a yoga teacher, therapist or experienced energy practitioner. No previous Reiki experience is needed.
About the training
During Reiki Level 1, Kat will introduce you to the foundations of Reiki and guide you through learning and practical experience.
The training includes an introduction to Reiki, self-practice, practising Reiki with others and time for questions and guided practice.

Meet Kat from 0neYoga
Kat is the Reiki Master behind 0neYoga and a resident teacher at Stay Golden.
Alongside teaching yoga and Pilates, she offers Reiki sessions and Holy Fire® III Reiki trainings, guiding students through the different stages of their Reiki training.
Her approach is warm, grounded and practical, with space to ask questions, practise and experience Reiki for yourself.

Reiki training, with space around it
Your training takes place at Stay Golden, our ocean-side yoga and wellness space in Arugam Bay.
Around your training, you can join a yoga class in our rooftop shala, sit down for nourishing food, spend time by the pool or walk straight onto the beach.
If you’re travelling to Arugam Bay specifically for your Reiki training, you can also stay with us and make your training part of a few slower days by the ocean.
