Embark on a journey to defy gravity in our Handstand and Floating Yoga Workshop. Tailored for all levels of experience, you’ll learn the fundamentals of hand-stands & find lightness as you travel to the top of your mat, cultivating strength & focus, and mindfulness. Whether you’re a novice seeking to master your first handstand or an experienced yogi eager to refine your practice, join us for a playful and uplifting experience.

For the best experience, refrain from a large meal up to two hours prior. We will offer a small energy shot at the beginning of the workshop

"On my recent trip to Sri Lanka, it was really important I was able to practice yoga in the different regions I visited. My last stop was Arugam Bay, where I attended two yoga classes at Stay Golden. Both classes were hands down the best classes I attended during my trip. The studio space is great: clean, light and breezy, with fans overhead and huge windows down both sides of the studio where you can see the sea during your practice. Great spot to come and practice, with clearly talented and experienced teachers. The café you can attend after class is also super cute with loads of tasty options."
