"On my recent trip to Sri Lanka, it was really important I was able to practice yoga in the different regions I visited. My last stop was Arugam Bay, where I attended two yoga classes at Stay Golden. Both classes were hands down the best classes I attended during my trip. The studio space is great: clean, light and breezy, with fans overhead and huge windows down both sides of the studio where you can see the sea during your practice. Great spot to come and practice, with clearly talented and experienced teachers. The café you can attend after class is also super cute with loads of tasty options."
