With Nicola and Fynn
Come join us for a yoga and breathwork journey. We prepare the body through a strong yoga flow led by Nicola and then move into a Somabreath journey with Fynn. The combination of yoga and breathwork is designed to assist you into a deep sense of connection with yourself. Letting go of stress and tension, we allow ourselves to come back into our natural state, one of wellbeing and abundance.
Every Sunday, we focus on a specific topic. We also hold space to share your experience after the workshop with other participants and us.
